We are based in the town of Laren in The Netherlands.

Our team is a close-knit group of about 8 dedicated individuals. Each member brings their own skills and passion to our company. We may be small, but size doesn't matter.

We were born from a deep passion for both the watch industry and environmental questions. Our founders saw an opportunity to innovate within the traditional watch industry. They envisioned a line of elegant, functional timepieces powered by solar energy, reducing the reliance on disposable batteries and minimizing environmental impact. This vision was driven by the belief that high-quality watches can be both stylish and sustainable.

Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on your location. For The Netherlands, we
include free shipping. For other EU countries, the shipping fee is €20,
and for other international destinations, it is €40. Please note that these shipping prices do not include duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

We ship to any country in the world.

If your watch arrives defective or is damaged during shipping, please
contact our customer service immediately. We will guide you through the
process of returning the watch for repair or replacement at no extra
cost to you. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and resolve any
issues without giving you a reason to worry!

Payment

Currently, we are channeling all sales through our Kickstarter campaign to streamline the process and better engage with our community during this exciting launch phase. We invite you to visit our Kickstarter page to support our project and choose from a variety of watch models available for pre-order! :)

Our Kickstarter campaign accepts a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as payments through PayPal. All payments are processed securely to ensure your information is protected.

Your card will only be charged once our Kickstarter campaign successfully reaches its funding goal and the campaign ends. If the campaign does not reach its funding goal, you will not be charged.

Returns

Due to the nature of crowdfunding, returns are generally not accepted once the campaign has ended and the watches have been shipped. However, if your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or repair.

If you receive a watch that is different from what you pledged for, please contact us within a specified period (e.g., 14 days) after receiving the product. We will guide you through the process of returning the incorrect item and ensure the correct one is sent to you without any additional shipping charges.

If you are returning an item due to a defect or a mistake on our part, we will cover all shipping costs for the return and send you a replacement at no additional charge. For other return reasons, such as personal preference, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.
